Calgary Self Defense Workshops
Workshops are held monthly (or by request) and are run by Master Jeff McDonald. Join us for a fun hands-on class full of practical tips and techniques.
BE PREPARED – STAY SAFE
In our 2-hour hands-on workshops, you will learn tips on how to stay aware of your environment, how to avoid confrontations as well as useful techniques to physically defend yourself when you have no other options. Topics include awareness concepts, blocking & striking techniques, defense against grabs, avoiding strikes and movements to help escape if you end up on the ground. Open to male & female participants and classes can be tailored to both children and adults.

Self-Defense Workshop - Oct 8th 2-4pm
BE PREPARED – STAY SAFE
In our 2-hour hands-on workshop, you will learn tips on how to stay aware of your environment, how to avoid confrontations as well as useful techniques to physically defend yourself when you have no other options. Topics will include awareness concepts, blocking & striking techniques, defense against grabs, avoiding strikes and movements to help escape if you end up on the ground.
Open to male & female participants - 14 years and over (12 if a parent is also attending)
$50 pre-register ($60 after Sep 30th or at the door)
