This is a intentionally crafted series, inspired to go deeper into the fabric of creation. This is a five part series, that will coincide with the seasons to ignite and authentically connect with the energies of the Medicine Wheel.

We offer this invitation to join us for our first session as we dance our first direction of the EAST. This is a time of Rebirth, a time when all things are possible.
It is a time of Innocence, and a time of Awakening. ☀️

To those who are called to the transformational power of movement, music and breath…or are curious about the connection between body and mind…we invite you to take a journey through the 4 elements of earth, water, fire and air, using the vehicles of dance and breath to transport you through an exploration of personal discovery, self-awareness, healing and remembrance of your true essence.

Each week we will dance to awaken and activate a specific chakra center and embody the correlated element, beginning with an introduction to pranic breathwork, the power of intention, and energetic awareness.

Personal Investment:
$111 for the full 5 week series
Drop in is $25 (if space is available)
*Priority will go to fully registered participants
