Update from one of the old conferences;

I'm writing mainly about a paper entitled, "New Hope for Paralysis Patients", that I presented in 1990 in International Conference of Control and Modeling (Tehran, July 17-20) that you published in proceedings of the conference.
This paper is the base of my feasibility study in UK in 1980 that was carried out for the first time in the world as the enclosed documents prove it.
Nowadays some researchers have worked on this project but I don't know whether they know the history of this work or not.
