Just happened upon Furnace Fellas and was having issues with AC Unit not working. Will came on a Friday night which in itself was shocking and advised me that we needed a new motor as ours had seized. Upon further inspection, he saw that an exhaust was butt up against the unit causing the corrosion and rust. On Monday, he promptly removed the unit and replaced it with a new one in a more viable location. I can't say enough about Furnace Fellas as they are down home guys with an amazing work ethic, reliable, dependable, trustworthy and honest and fair. It's like a breath of fresh air dealing with them! Like Will says.......IF THERE'S A WILL, THERE'S A WAY! They will get it done! Will use Furnace Fellas for all my AC, Furnace and plumbing needs from this point forward!

Great work, thank you! Carrier, get these guys on your list of recommended vendors to service your A/C’s. To be fair, this was owner lack of maintenance. But, when the Calgary heat wave (summer?) happened, our aging AC wasn’t up to job. I called the Carrier recommendations for service, no one answered the call. Best I got was a voicemail for a callback Monday, it’s Friday. It’s 28 Celsius in the house. This is where Furnace Fellas enter the picture. Not only do they answer me, they tell me they will be there same day!! Same day is 8pm Friday evening. Outstanding service!! Our house is cooling as I write this on the patio. Bryce, Dylan, thank you!! You’ve fixed a tough last couple of days.
