Good morning everyone! Just a little update that we will be closing on fridays temporarily starting December 29th. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Please ensure you are giving us enough time for prescription refills before the holidays. If you have any questions don't hesitate to give our clinic a call.

We will also be getting a new page in the future and will keep that posted on here.

Just a reminder that we will be closed tomorrow due to fire alarm maintenance in the building. We are open tonight (Thursday) until 8pm and will be open regular hours on Saturday.

We are excited to announce that EVERY member of our team has achieved their Fear Free Certification

What does this mean for you and your pet? It means that we are going to work with you and your pet to provide the best experience possible - we can help provide guidance for how to best prepare your pet for their upcoming appointment, we will provide the yummiest of distractions so that your pet is too busy eating delicious treats to notice we're drawing blood or giving vaccines...and that's just the start.

Now that we're all certified, we're looking forward to making more improvements to continually provide your pets' the most positive experience possible - we want your pet to be excited (or at the very least-comfortable) to come in our doors.

We're calling this the "Good Puppy" treat station...

Because good pups of all ages deserve a little something yummy to go home with....and this way, they can try a few different delicious options!

What can we say?! We love keeping your pets busy and occupied and we cannot recommend Totally Pooched and Messy Mutts enough.

From stuffable, squeakable and throwable toys to lick mats - there's something for everyone...and it makes one toy go SOO far because there's so much to do with it.

We're OBSESSED with these snack-themed toys that just came in!

The lollipop is actually a rope toy in disguise!
The popcan has "pop" that you can pull out with a squeaker
The chip bag - you can pull the chips out
The ice cream has a giggle shaker..and the pizza is just a classic squeaker toy.

Just a reminder that we will be closed Friday-Sunday for the Easter Weekend.

We are open until 8pm tonight, so that you can grab any last minute toys and treats for your pet's Easter Basket (or medication and food)!

How can we work together to help your kitty have a more positive vet - it's more than just the cat-favourite Catit treats and our cat-only room. Take the time to get your kitty used to their carrier, bring their favourite blankets, toys or grooming brushes; bringing a blanket, towel or bed sprayed with pheromones, and make sure that you give your and your pet lots of time to travel here and get comfortable before your appointment.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment as parking in this area can be quite busy. If street parking is not available, there is a parkade with visitor parking spots (entrance is in the alley behind the building). If you do park in the parkade, ensure that you get the access code for the elevator before you leave your appointment.

One of the perks for our team is having our own pets here to keep us company when we're not loving on your pets. They have trained the team beautifully about the importance of morning treats, lunch snackies and "cookies for the road"

These are perfect for: vomiting, coughing, diarrhea, signs of an ear infection, itching, etc where you want to get your pet on the mend as soon as possible, but you don't need to go to an emergency hospital.
