I recently hosted an Italian themed potluck and made a Lasagna using pasta sauce and pasta sheets. The Lasagna was very delicious and unfortunately for me there was no leftovers. You can find the sauce and the pasta at various locations. Of course I also served the guests my olives.

I moved here and started my business 14 years ago. It took alot of hard work but I now feel settled into my life and business. This is one of my favorite spots in Calgary. It's right in the middle of the city, an escape from the hustle and bustle and a 5 drive from my home. My batteries always feel recharged after visiting here.

If you like a bit of a spicy kick with your feta stuffed olives then I recommend our Dragon's Breath olives. You'll be breathing out fire after eating a few of these.

Wow these look like a yummy snack. And they're Keto!!

Olive Chips! Now here’s an idea! Line the bottom of a muffin tin with a little bit of Mexican blend bagged cheddar, then add on some chopped olives, then add a little bit more Mexican blend cheddar on top of that. Bake at 400 for about 12 to 14 minutes until the edges are crispy. They pop right out of the pan to create these delicious crispy little Olive Chips.

I don't know about you but I have the winter blues. Made me crave these Blue Cheese olives.
You can find these seasonal olives at stores all of Alberta for the next few weeks until I run out of Blue Cheese.

On this day, March 4th, 2010, at 2:30 PM, I took the keys to 380 Canyon Meadows Drive, and the journey of Soffritto began! It's been a rollercoaster ride, filled with challenges, triumphs, laughter, and even a few tears. But every moment has been an integral part of our story, shaping us into who we are today.

Over the years, we've been privileged to witness families grow, to celebrate as our employees graduate from university, and to see our little Soffritto evolve into what we hope is a cornerstone of our community. We've served countless meals, shared numerous stories, and created a myriad of memories.

As we start our 14th year, we're aware of the turbulent economy that surrounds us. But we're also filled with hope and anticipation. We're looking forward to serving you soon, to welcoming you back into our warm and friendly environment, to sharing our passion for food and community with you.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey - our dedicated team, our loyal customers, and our supportive community. Without you, Soffritto would not be what it is today. Your support and encouragement have been our driving force, and we are eternally grateful.
