Fogo island snow crab, this sweet succulent crab will have a hearty mouth feel that you don't get from other crabs. Chef Dean mix with it's own kani miso serve on a roasted seaweed. This is one of the best dishes to start off a luxurious omakase dinner.

Agedashi tofu is a perfect appitizer. Lightly dusted with Hokkaido potato starch and then deep fried until golden brown. Dean was able to secure this gorgeous wild blue fin tuna at the auction specially for the upcoming Mother's Day dinner. This amazing catch comes from the Chiba prefecture of Japan, with all the certifications and even has the lucky fisherman's name on the identification paper on the left. Please reserve your table for Mother's Day ASAP seats are limited!
