Office. We opted to design an open office millwork moment for the living space at . The space was so large that this really helped to fill up this area and choosing a dark paint colour for the millwork helps ground this space and make it so much for functional.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Interior Design:

Shower. The principal ensuite shower is a stunner at . A large and in charge space with a stunning reeded tile, 2 black shower units for contrast and a niche that spans the width of the shower, it's a shower lovers dream. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Interior Design:

Columns. Working around some existing columns in the renovation at , we striped them, squared them off and applied moulding to make them feel a little more substantial. Open Shelves. Love them or hate them, they are a great way to showcase a curated mix of accessories and styling objects. The open shelves in the kitchen at serve both a decorative and functional purpose and we are here for it!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Interior Design:

Nook. We love a good nook moment especially with a built-in banquette. We designed a long nook for the kitchen at to allow for casual family dinners. Open Concept. The open concept floor plan at has the large dining space right off the living area allowing for a beautiful flow for entertaining. Corner Pantry. A corner pantry is not our friend. In the kitchen at we squared off the corner with a pull out pantry and some open shelves to take advantage of an awkward angle. AVD INSPIRE. We are thrilled to unveil our latest project, , a comprehensive renovation of a condo where we were tasked with bringing the client’s vision to life. Initially, Dalton Kaun Architecture was engaged to establish the layout and finishes for the space. Our role was to infuse personality, character, and our signature blend of patterns and textures into the home. We curated all furniture, décor, and artwork, transforming it into a warm, welcoming environment that felt like a fresh start for our client, who had downsized from a larger home.

Bar. The downstairs bar at has a gorgeous geometric tile, floating shelf, reeded glass for the uppers and then a lovely dark navy for the lowers. A custom moment that's a great place to make that perfect drink for casual get togethers.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Interior Design:

Entry. The entry way at is perfectly appointed. Custom Millwork details make it functional with a built in bench and hidden closets in a gorgeous white oak. All to the left of the main entry door so that’s hidden but still looks so chic!

Vintage. We love incorporating pieces with meaning in our interiors. This vintage tea cart has been passed down for generations so we knew we had to use it. Styled as a bar cart, it fits in perfectly in the space and adds a personal and sentimental touch to the space. A signature mix moment.

Small space. In our condo, the primary bedroom was a little small and lack lustre. We designed a custom built-in bed to save on space, with gorgeous curved details and beautiful upholstery. The plaster detail above adds another layer to the space and helps create a cozy space.

Vignettes. Styling is a very important part of our job. Creating well styled vingettes is not just for side tables and shelves. The sleek kitchen design at is styled with heirloom accessories and artwork. It’s the perfect juxtaposition.

Office. To take full advantage of the gorgeous treelined views in the office at , we designed built-in millwork on the back wall and decided on a floating desk that looks out.

Vanity. We opted to clad the front of the vanity at in the same counter top material for a clean and monolithic look. This helps to add texture to the space without being overwhelming. Black fixtures add contrast and a simple under-mount sink is seamless.

Galley. The design of the galley kitchen at was kept simple and refined. An integrated kitchen concept with neutral finishes allowed us to really play with a beautifully curated mix furniture, artwork and decor.

Dining nook. The dining nook from we designed a built in floating sideboard to provide extra storage but also to relate to the placement of the window. Adding a floating shelf above also allowed us to style this space providing more layers to this neutrally inspired space.
