Every once is a while, a client works so hard towards their goals, I can’t sit on sidelines and watch. Tag me in coach! @olyahumphrey has been training to become an RCMP officer for almost two years, with a few setbacks along the way. A year after waiting on a call to begin the RCMP academy, depot division, Olya has been summoned. She began grinding the last month to prepare for 6 months of training to become an RCMP Officer. I couldn’t be more proud of her hard work and dedication over the past few years, and specifically the past month. As we peak her training leading into depot, it’s time I support her as a training partner, rather than a coach. We will push our limits for one more week of intense workouts as preparation comes to an end. Here is a video of today’s workout where Olya not only crushed the workout, but also crushed me.

𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐭🐳⁣ ⁣ Is BY FAR one of the most common symptoms that we see with clients. ⁣ ⁣ This can be rooted in something fairly straightforward. LOW STOMACH ACID. If you're looking for something more simple to support your bloat, squeezing the juice of an entire lemon into about 4 oz. of warm water 15-20 minutes prior to your meal can be extremely helpful too!! ⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ -1 lemon ⁣ ⁣ -1-3 slices of ginger⁣ ⁣ -1 tsp turmeric ⁣ ⁣ -1 tsp cinnamon ⁣ ⁣ -1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar ⁣ ⁣ -1 tsp raw honey ⁣ ⁣ Instructions:⁣ 1. Bring water to a boil (or microwave to your liking if you’re in a rush) ⁣ ⁣ 2. Cut lemon into slices and squeeze remaining juice into bottom of your mug⁣ ⁣ 3. Slice and skin ginger and add to mug⁣ ⁣ 4. Add turmeric, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and honey ⁣ ⁣ 5. Poor hot water over ingredients, stir, and allow a few minutes for lemon and ginger to soak before drinking.
