After a tremendous amount of work and dedication from our entire development team we are very pleased to announce both the unanimous approval of our Central project, along with the official start of construction.
Central will provide 114 seriously needed housing units along with 8000 SF of curated retail offerings. Special thanks go out to Kim McKechnie, Kimberly B., and Jocelyn Black at the City of Kelowna also Karen Beaubier, Executive Director, URBA. We thank all of you for being true professionals and helping us through the process.
We would also like to thank Mayor Tom Dyas, and our hardworking and dedicated Kelowna City Council who are all working hard to support affordable homes and help build our Great City.

Introducing Enzo.
This will be Arlington Street Investments 5th project within our 17th Ave SW Urban Masterplan.
Enzo will be located between the high-profile blocks of 7th and 8th ST SW. It could be argued that it is the most important project to be developed on to date. The development is oriented directly across from Tompkins Park and as such will enjoy stunning, unencumbered views north towards Calgaryโs Downtown skyline.
We have approached this project with a great deal of integrity as it relates to all aspects of its orientation not just geographically, but as or maybe more important, historically. The development will be home to 90 residents and an additional 10,000 SF of curated retail offerings.
Not withstanding the fact that we have announced the start construction for Spring 2023 we have yet begun actively marketing the project. Of note and without any promotion we have already received interest from over 60,000 SF of retail users. Itโs an important fact given that 2 years ago during the pandemic the overwhelming commentary was around โThe death of retail on 17ave SW.โ This should always remind us that itโs never the โmoment in time that has relevance, but instead the span of time that wins the day and the future.โ Our entire team are very excited about the launch of this project and how it will significantly enhance this important destination on 17 Ave sw.

On September 1, and after 3 years of work Arlington Street Investments received unanimous ascendance of our application for our Fishman's development site, located at 17th Ave SW and 5 ST, by the Calgary Planning Commission in a 7:0 vote.
On October 4, our land use application was unanimously approved at a public hearing by city council.
Our planning team, led by Ralph Bennetsen, who worked diligently with a very engaged Community Association, after all the hard work and coordination The Community Association complimented our Team and stated that we had responded to all their perspectives and concerns with full integrity.
On behalf of ASI, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brown and Associates Planning Group specifically Kathy Oberg, Vern Hart, and Bridget Naud, who did a masterful job moving through this process and achieving our stated goal. I would also like to thank Joshua de Jong, the File Manager at the who was exceptionally professional with his care and attention to our file.
Lastly, the Fishmanโs site is a legacy asset and as such and in all cases our team operated with the care and concern one ought to given the history and very personal nature of this project. On that note, we would like to thank Sheldon Fishman, of Fishmanโs Personal Care Cleaners, who has been great to work with and a wonderful steward of his familyโs legacy. We look forward to announcing the launch and start of construction of this very important project in the 2023.
