We took an old residence that was 60 years old, and made it into something that will be around for another 60 years! We love creating renovations that make everything look new, instead of getting trapped in a buffet of different add-ons over the years. This one is a renovation that can stand side-by-side to any of the surrounding new-builds in the area.

Even with a few hiccups along the way, we certainly love how this renovation came to life!

Big height, big windows, to capture those big views and big smiles!

That’s how we describe this new development being framed right now! It also describes our two littles who are always telling us how big they are! Which is why we took them on a field trip today to see some of the magic that takes place out on-site!

Too cool for school? Yep, so we added the classic red school brick to our design, and to give this nice contemporary home a little nod to the school across the street. Nothing beats having the community have a feeling of warmth and security as everyone comes together, no matter the weather here in Alberta!

This is a classic project we did sometime ago, and it always reminds us how renovations don't have to look like a glued together mish-mash of rooms. This was a 1920's original house with us adding just a tad bit of modernization with the additions and renovations we designed and implemented.

It kept the charm, but did no harm as we like to say!!!
