The conversations I walk away from are childish tantrums and foolish bouts of blaming and shaming and manipulation. If your emotional intelligence betrays you and you are escalating I leave. I may not come back. That’s for my own calm and self respect. I don’t condone abuse. I am aaaall about emotional freedom and expression - tears and open hearts and true relationship to self. Yet ; In no way do I give my power away to those who are external to me. I, respectfully don’t care what the general observer thinks I’m saying..
