Although im no longer offering my jewelry I have all this knowledge that I’d like to share with others. The class would need to be over 2 nights to allow time drying.
Classes in person in Calgary.
Let me know in the comments if you’d be interested.
Exciting times are ahead!

While I usually focus on painting flowers from my Mother's garden, I also love capturing the animals and insects that occasionally drop by for a visit.
Meet Nibbles…
In the quiet embrace of twilight, Nibbles the owl gently swoops into the garden, his golden eyes reflecting the soft glow of the setting sun. Perched amidst the lush green foliage, he becomes the guardian of the night, offering a sense of calm and wisdom to all who gaze upon him. This acrylic painting captures the serenity of Nibbles' nightly visits, a reminder of nature's gentle magic.
Feeling incredibly fortunate to be back in my creative flow, finding both relaxation and fulfillment in each brushstroke. I hope the serene joy I experience resonates with you through my art.

For over 15 years, I have been enchanted by the allure of painting flowers. My fascination likely began in the lush, vibrant gardens of my Aunt Linda, my Grandmother, and my Mom. Their backyards, brimming with blooms and vegetables, were the playgrounds of my childhood—and the seeds of my artistic journey.
Flowers captivate me. The delicate gradients of color, the intricate shapes, the ethereal glow of light through the petals—all evoke a sense of calm and pure beauty that I can't resist. Painting them is not just a passion; it’s an obsession. Even when life or my graphic design career demanded my attention, the call of the studio was always there, pulling me back to the canvas. Creating art is more than just a practice—it's a necessity.
To show my appreciation for your continued support, I’ve created a special guide: "Essential Tips for Protecting Your Art Collection." Comment tips below and I'll send you the link to download.
For the second week of my mini painting challenge, I dove into creating pink flowers.
I'm planning something special this year! From September 27-29, I'll be offering prints of select 2024 pieces for just 3 days.

Meet "Tulip Tango"! This 8” x 8” framed piece is the result of my newfound tulip obsession. After creating dozens of reference photos in Photoshop, I couldn't wait to dive into painting some new beauties this morning.
Excited to share that "Mystic Glow" has found its new home with a collector in Berkshire, England! I didn't even have time to post it on my website. A heartfelt thank you for supporting my art journey.
Here are my four 30-minute white peony challenge paintings from week one! Now in week three, I've created 10 pieces total. Which one is your favourite so far?
With each brushstroke, the peonies began to blossom, their petals unfolding in layers of soft, blush pink. The texture felt almost tangible, as if you could reach out and touch the silken blooms.
This piece, "Blush Bliss," measures 6” x 6” and is set on gallery-depth canvas. Join me on this journey of petals and pigments, where each painting tells a story of its own.
I finally finished this painting yesterday! It has been quite the journey, struggling with it for over 3 months. Now, I need your help to give it a title. Comment below with your favorite!
Day 4 of my 12-day, 30-min painting challenge update!
Today’s piece took me 40 minutes, inspired by my favorite color, olive green. Missed painting yesterday, but feeling inspired to create a larger, more detailed version of this one! 🌿💚

🌟 Challenge Time 🌟
For the next 8 days, I’m pushing my creative limits by painting a 6” x 6” piece in just 30 minutes each day! 🎨✨
This is an amazing way to loosen up and tap into my intuitive side. Last year, I took on a similar challenge, but it took me 2 hours per painting!
Stay tuned to see my progress and join me on this artistic journey!
🌸🎨 After months of struggling with this painting, I finally made some progress yesterday! This is my first attempt at painting lilies in my new style, and wow, they’re a tricky flower. 🌺✨
Hey everyone!
It's been a while since my last post, and I have some exciting news to share! I've taken a leap and left my full-time graphic design job to focus on something I'm truly passionate about.
I'm thrilled to announce the launch of my new podcast show on YouTube! The show will cover everything art-related, including demos, interviews with amazing artists, practical business advice, and helpful tips and tricks.
In our first episode, I had the honor of interviewing Julie deBoer. She shares her incredible journey as a landscape artist, her unique lyrical style, and the inspiration behind her revolutionary online mentorship and course program, Mastrius.

Just finished this adorable horse painting, "Sugar + Spice," for a long-time client! She’s been commissioning my work for over a decade, getting a new piece for every new family member. So grateful to have my art be part of their beautiful family journey!
I'm taking an art marketing course right now, and this week we're focusing on painting titles.
I originally named this piece 'Primavera Allure,' which means 'Spring Allure' in Italian. However, I'm considering changing the title to 'Gentle Garden Glow.'
Which do you think suits the piece better? I'd love to hear your thoughts! Please comment below.
🎉 It's my birthday on Sunday! 🎉
