How someone responds to stress, whether they have depression, or are diagnosed with ADD or ADHD or anxiety can be in part due to nutrition AND it almost always has a genetic root that affects functioning and how the nervous system uses nutrients.
There are many iridology markers that, when we know how to interpret them individually and combine them, give us clues about these roots.
I’m not saying we can see everything like we’ve got some sort of crystal ball but we can see things that give us insight. And I’m not saying we can fix everything - but we can have a positive impact when we know what to do, why to do it, and how to do it.
So, if you’re wondering how you can help your clients understand their stress, depression, anxiety, ADD, or ADHD from an iridology perspective, join me for this live online mini-class where we’ll look at just one of the most common iris markers and talk about what it means on a basic nutritional level.

*why iridology is such a powerful assessment tool for health professionals, like you
*how it can benefit your business, your clients, and you
*and what it takes to learn iridology at a professional/clinical level.
We'll talk about the Dynamic Iridology for Health Professionals course and give you lots of information about how the course is set up and all the support that is available to students and graduates of the course.
In the process, we'll do some iris analysis to show you how this amazing science will integrate with the skills you already have, save you time, make your recommendations more precise, and help you retain clients for many years.
And you'll have lots of opportunities to ask me questions about iridology and its use in clinical practice.
To join us, drop in the comments and I’ll PM the registration link to you.
The next cohort of the Dynamic Iridology Assessment System for health professionals will be starting on Sept 11, 2024. Class meets once each week for 20 weeks (12:00 - 2:30pm Mountain time).
This course is designed for people who have completed a college-level anatomy Y physiology course or are licensed health professionals (including RNs, MDs, LMTs, RMTs, PTs, DDSs, RDHs, RHNs, etc.)
Enrollment is via a 1:1 zoom meeting with me to ensure this course is a good fit for you and you for it.
Mentoring for certification with the International Iridology Practitioners Association is included, and ongoing mentoring is also included.

If that sounds like you – bogged down with writing programs for clients, or if you simply want to streamline your assessment and program creation process without compromising the client care you have built your reputation on, this is for you.
I’ve been there, done that, and figured out how to use Constitutional Iridology to create my dream health-coaching business.
If you’re a health professional and are new to Constitutional Iridology, or if you’ve already studied some kind of iridology and it’s adding to your workload instead of easing it, I invite you to join me for the free introductory mini-classes I teach each week.
No pressure. No sales. Just a way to share some basic, useful professional-level Constitutional Iridology training with you so you can begin to assess whether it could be a good tool to add to your health-coaching skill set.
If this sounds interesting, drop an eye emoji below, and I’ll reach out to you via PM.

The endocrine system works as an integrated system. If one hormone-producing gland is not working well, the rest of the glands cannot work optimally.
So, what can irides teach us about the predisposition to hormone imbalance, including reproductive, thyroid, adrenal, and pancreas?
They can teach us a lot! Everything from the way the fibers are laid out in the iris, to the color of the iris, to the extra freckles and washes of pigment - and then there’s the white of the eye, too.
And what else could those very same fibers suggest?
In the mini-class this week, we are going to focus on the way the fiber sits in the iris. We’ll look at lots of eyes, and look at a couple of cases as well.

In case you've wondered the same thing, this mini-class is going to walk through what an appointment looks like from client arriving to client leaving. I won't have a live client here - that would create confidentiality issues - but I can walk you through a case including the intake process, the eye photos, and the program creation for a real, but anonymous client.
So, come, be a fly on the wall to see how I do it and how easily it could be used in your clinical work, too!

Iridology looks so easy when other people do it, right?
And that’s because it is easy when you know the steps. It’s even easier when you use Constitutional iridology! There’s a lot to learn, that’s true, but when you’ve got the content under control, the application is simple, logical, and fast!
In this all-new mini-class, I’m going to deconstruct the steps of doing an iris assessment, in order, along with program creation. I think you’ll be shocked at how quickly an iris assessment can be done, and how deep the info is you get from it.

Can you see the lay of the fiber is different from one photo to the next?
Have you ever noticed (or wondered) why some irides have well-organized fiber structure and others look more like a ball of yarn the cat was playing with?
..And what could that possibly mean?
The lay of the fiber >>>
* teaches us much about a person's inherent health predispositions
*defines their ‘structural subtype’
*guides the questions we need to ask
* can help us make the best recommendations without running extensive studies or spending hours creating exhaustive reports.
Each specific iris structural type gives us insights into inherent hormonal imbalance, nervous system tendencies, and predisposition to structural issues.
The last image (bottom right) is an example of the connective tissue subtype.
In this live, webinar mini-class, we'll be talking about the connective tissue subtype - irides that have 'disorganized fiber', other tips that may help you identify this subtype and some of the things it can suggest, and we'll look at several client cases.

All stomach issues are not created equal. Have you noticed that?
I have had so many clients come in with prescriptions for PPIs from their doctors based only on symptoms - no testing at all - and their symptoms were not improving with the medication.
I have had many clients come in with a variety of other stomach symptoms (eg burping, belching, bloating, stomach pain after eating, stomach pain with an empty stomach, frequent or constant nausea) - I’m not talking about gut or intestinal issues here. I have a super power that helps me sort out the best recommendations to make for each client, individually, without spending hours doing research and writing reports. That super power is Constitutional iridology combined with a sound understanding of anatomy & physiology.
It’s amazing how much the irides, a few well-directed questions, and an understanding of who the client is, can help us find excellent answers.
Don’t get me wrong - I’m not diagnosing anything. I don’t need to. That’s the MDs role.
I’m simply assessing via the irides, asking the questions the eyes lead me to, and listening, then distilling the info and making recommendations.
There are three specific indicators in the irides - we’ll only have time to work with two of them in this mini-class, but I’ll take a moment to show you how a marker that is not a stomach marker can have a strong influence on digestion.
Sound good?
Then join me for this mini-class to learn 2 stomach markers and get a glimpse into how you can use iridology with clients who have stomach symptoms.

If you've got a college-level anatomy & physiology course already completed, this mini-class is for you!
I’ve been an iridologist for nearly 45 years.
Unlike most holistic health professionals who are of my vintage, this is not my second paying career. It’s my first.
Over these many years I’ve seen some radical changes in our understanding of iridology and nutrition.
I see a lot of social posts by people who are truly doing it wrong in all kinds of ways, using the outdated information of 45 years ago, and quite frankly, it’s downright dangerous on so many levels. They base what they are saying on opinions they’ve been taught, not on actual facts and research.
So, the questions I want to answer in this week’s mini-class are:
What is the difference between ‘assessing’ and ‘diagnosing’?
Which is more powerful and appropriate in iridology? And why?
Why is it important to get this ‘right’?
What are the dangers of doing it ‘wrong’?
And we'll look at how to use iridology in clinical practice and do it the right way, including 5 case studies. I’ll also show you what an assessment-based analysis looks like compared to a diagnosis-based analysis.
Online mini-class date: Wednesday, July 17, 2024

Iris color alone has been the study of iridologists literally for centuries!
Your eye color gives us a quick understanding of your inherited chemistry - do you tend to run too acidic on a systemic level? Do you hold minerals well? Are you more prone to mucus congestion, or liver insufficiencies, or inflammation.
Without even turning to an iridology map, your eye color can help us understand your symptoms because your iris color shows us the base of your genetic predispositions.
Now, take this one step further. As a health professional - if you could start to get a grasp in just minutes of why your client has the symptoms he or she has, how much time would that save you and how much money could that save your clients? How many more clients could you see in a day?
Understanding the three foundational iris colors - we call them constitutions - gives us the first and most important layer of information to guide our understanding, the questions we need to ask the client, and the recommendations we will make.
In our mini-class on July 10, 2024, I'll introduce you to the 3 Constitutions. We'll talk about how to identify them and what some of their primary health predispositions are.
There just isn't time to give you everything I could about the 3 constitutions in a mini-class - so we'll save the discussion of dietary recommendations, herbs and supplements, and emotional/lifestyle considerations for the Dynamic Iridology Assessment System Course.

Maybe what you’ve seen on social media, has left you a little confused and all you want right now is a basic understanding to figure out if you want to spend more time on it or not..
Like I said - I’ve got your back!
In this week’s mini-class we’re going to answer 5 questions
What is iridology?
Where did it come from & how did it evolve?
Why does it work?
What can it teach us?
How should it be used?
I’ve been an iridologist for 45 years. I’ve seen a lot of changes in iridology because of research. I strive to always teach based on the most current research!

If you're a health professional, how much time are you spending outside of your client appointments creating protocols and reports?
If you're anything like I was years ago, you're spending at least 2 hours on report creation for every 1 hour of client session time.
Problem was, I wasn't charging for those 2 hours. I was donating them.
Pretty dumb, right?
It wasn't until I figured out how to use Constitutional Iridology well that I was able to assess my client's needs and create a protocol in under an hour.
Here's the catch! I had learned another style of iridology previously, and it is what taught me to waste time writing 'over-the-top' reports and protocols.
I had to walk away from that style entirely to learn Constitutional Iridology.
If you
1) want to stop giving time away writing reports and protocols
2) want to be able to assess your client's needs quickly and accurately
3) want to be able to integrate lab results your clients bring in
4) want to see what iridology has to offer you and your practice
then drop the comment in the thread so I'll know to send you the link to have a 1:1 zoom with me to talk about iridology, whether it will fit with your practice model and existing skill set, and details about the Dynamic Iridology Assessment System for Health Professionals Course.
This offer is ONLY for people who have completed a college-level Anatomy & Physiology course with a grade over 80%. Without A&P you simply CANNOT learn Constitutional Iridology at a professional level. (If you need A&P, let me know and I'll send you a link to a course that meets the requirements.)
And hey! We're coming down to the wire!

An iridology assessment shows us where inherent predispositions are and how they connect with each other.
It does not show us where active, current issues are..
Symptoms will give us strong clues for that.
But when we do a sclera assessment, we see where issues are brewing.
Sometimes we see these active spots before there are symptoms.
Sometimes the symptoms coming from these indicators have been longstanding.
Sometimes these issues are earned from a lack of self-care, and sometimes they are rooted in the inherent potential of the body.
Correlating the sclera indicators with the iris indicators helps us understand what has inherent roots and what does not, and that influences the recommendations we make to the client.

Only 3 weeks left to enroll in the Dynamic Iridology Assessment System for Health Professionals Course.
Why would you want to?
1) to learn iridology in an interactive, online setting, at a comfortable pace instead of a 3 - 5 day crash course.
2) to learn iridology at a professional level. Matching one marking to one organ is not deep enough for you. You want to be able to understand the interconnectedness of the markings and how they modify each other.
3) to learn how to apply iridology in a clinical setting to help you find the root of your clients' health problems quickly so you can create logical, step-by-step programs while you are with your client instead of in your unpaid time.
If you're a health professional who has already completed a college-level anatomy and physiology course, probably as a part of other training, and if you are looking for an iridology course that will prepare you to become certified with an international organization, drop the comment and I'll send you a link to set up a time to meet with me 1:1 to discuss your goals and the course.
We'll talk about where you're at and what you want to achieve, and together we'll decide if this is the right course for you.
Consider this to be a 'campus tour' and a 'meet the teacher' meet-up.
Here’s the invitation to our weekly iridology mini-class for health professionals.

If you've been scoping out various iridology sites, groups, and youtube channels, you've likely found a lot of conflicting information.
Where did the conflicting information originate? Which information is correct?
Our topic for this week is The History of Iridology: An Evolving Science.
We'll take a look how iridology has developed and how that has contributed to some of the conflicting information that is out there. And we'll look at the correct information that has taken its place.
Join me as we look at some eyes and share up-to-date information about iridology.
If you register in advance of the mini-class will you receive the replay link. It will be delivered to your email inbox the day following the event.
By registering for this webinar, you grant Judith Cobb, Cobblestone Health Ltd, and Iridology Education permission to contact you via email, private message, and/or text with education opportunities and invitations.
Here's what we're going to cover -
We're going to do several iridology case studies to demonstrate
1) how can using constitutional iridology save you time in your clinical work
2) how iridology can help you create better client compliance and results
3) how iridology can help you retain clients long-term
4) what the course consists of
5) what learning and support materials you'll have access to
6) what interactive support you'll have access to during and after the course
7) what curriculum is taught (hint* it is recognized by the International Iridology Research Association)
8) how to enroll in the course
So, if you want to find out what's involved in learning iridology at a professional level
AND
you've got a college-level Anatomy & Physiology course with a grade of 80% or better already completed

This mini-class is geared toward health professionals who have completed a college-level anatomy & physiology course.
People call them nerve rings, stress rings, or cramp rings. In constitutional iridology we call them contraction furrows.
When I first learned iridology 40+ years ago I was taught these rings meant the person was under a tremendous amount of pressure, and that if we didn’t get rid of them the person would have a nervous breakdown.
We now know that is not true.
The tendency to have contraction furrows is an inherent trait, passed down through the previous 3 - 4 generations.
These furrows suggest a variety of predispositions, all of which require the presence of other markers or specific configurations of the furrows.
Contraction furrows are not diagnostic. They do not guarantee the presence of an imbalanced condition.
They do give us insight into symptoms our client is experiencing and help us to understand the best recommendations to suggest.
In this mini-class we’ll take a look at contraction furrows and what they teach us about stress, anxiety, and add/adhd.
Have you ever wondered why some people’s eyes look like flowers 🌼 and others do not?

Have you noticed, as holistic health pros we spend a fair amount of time addressing digestive symptoms ranging from heartburn, reflux, and nausea, to undigested food in 💩.
Sometimes we know we need to support digestion even when no symptoms exist. Seemingly unrelated symptoms can point us 👉 in this direction.
Our clients are not interested in chemical 💊 medications. They are interested in solutions that are not going to cause chain reactions that lead to needing more meds.
Hear me clearly - we cannot use iridology to diagnose disease or prescribe remedies. We can use it to guide the ❓ we ask , to assess the situation 📋, and to inform what info we need to share with our clients by way of education.
When we’re talking about digestion, there are some inherent indicators in the 👁️
that correlate directly to the stomach lining. There are also some systemic indicators that can affect many things, including digestion.
We’ll look at many eyes that have stomach markers and talk about common symptoms.

Advances in our understanding of iridology have made it possible for us, as holistic health professionals, to do so much more good than when I first learned iridology over 40 years ago.
Understanding that we don’t match one marker up with one physical problem, and name a disease from that, but rather use many markers together to understand the complex interplay of organs has moved us away from naming diseases to a truly holistic client-based, client-involved assessment process.
