Taking an extra 5 minutes to enjoy your coffee☕, brushing your teeth 2x/day, making your bed so when you are tired, it's comfy and clean, going for a walk🚶, playing your favourite song or even, getting a massage! Self care doesn't have to be complicated. Notice each thing that you do throughout the day to care for yourself and take pleasure in it!
February can be a tough month for a lot of people. As a gentle reminder, take part in self care. Care for yourself so that you can also care for others who might need a little extra TLC.🥰

I am renting out my studio to anyone who needs a home base for their practice. There is parking for you and your client, a private entrance, a table with warmer and sheet service available. The studio is minutes off the 401 in Cambridge. Rent by the hour ($20/hour) or by the month ($600/month).

I am now offering cupping. Cupping is a wonderful treatment that can be used on its own or incorporated into your massage therapy. Message me if you have questions or would like to book in.
Lately I've heard a lot of worries about money. I just want to put it out there- if you ever need my services but are short on cash then simply talk to me about it. Money should not stop anyone from getting the help and services they need. There are always solutions my friends.
