Another emergency call from a restaurant that was backing up. The drain was filled with food and grease. We got them flowing and spent a couple hours pipe cleaning to make sure it's a long while before they have to call us again.

We received an emergency call to replace some commercial water heaters at a local retirement centre. Thanks to Mohammed at for getting us everything we needed on a Sunday so that the residents could have hot water for bathing and sanitation! We were able to get them up and running again very quickly and left happy staff and residents.

Replaced a vacuum breaker on a commercial dishwasher at a local restaurant. It was spraying everywhere while it ran cycles as evident by all the buildup on the old one.

New meter installation for a homeowner after all the copper in their house was stolen.

Today we had the pleasure of installing an eye wash station for a long standing customer. A mixing valve allows for sustained flushing of the eyes as required by code. Management and site safety were pleased.

Today we repaired a leaking drinking fountain/bottle filler at one of the local premier gyms. The chilled reservoir had a crack, so we were able to get a warranty replacement on the part and got it back functioning properly again.

Often we are able to replace existing shower fixtures behind a tiled wall without having to redo your whole tub/shower. These Moen renovation plates work perfectly with their shower valves to update your bathroom plumbing without breaking the bank.

Installed some new expansion tanks with proper brackets on this heating system. The placement of an expansion tank in you heating and hot water systems can greatly affect how they operate. Their location in relation to other equipment such as relief valves and pumps is as important as including them.

This is why we like to install magnetic dirt separators on hydronic systems, especially when they contain iron pipes. They protect the new boiler's heat exchanger and other components from all this contamination.

We had a call for a boiler in a local furniture manufacturing plant that was leaking severely. Upon investigation, we found one of the heat exchanger headers was cracked. Fortunately we were able to source the last header in southern Ontario. We replaced the header and the tube bundle, then tested the unit upon repair to ensure it was functioning well. We've been asked to come back on a scheduled basis to perform regular maintenance on the equipment.

Another busy holiday weekend of emergency calls. This one was a boiler not igniting, leaving a building with no heat or hot water. We managed to source and ignitor to replace the non functional one. The condensate trap was also dirty that it was affecting the operation of the boiler, so we gave it a good cleaning too.
