About Me

I became involved in real estate investing at an early age. Over the years my portfolio grew along with a passion for real estate and helping others. I joined the Waterloo Regional Police Service in 2002. My dedicated years of serving the community as a police officer have been highly valuable to my real estate clients by giving me strong negotiating skills and a unique knowledge of Waterloo Region; including Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding area. I became a licensed Sales Representative in 2015, after which my number of clients grew rapidly by word of mouth from happy clients. This growth caused me to eventually leave my respected position in policing to focus full-time on real estate.

I am very proud to have now helped many clients through every aspect of the buying and selling process including navigating renovations and the tenant selection process. I understand the ins and outs of property assessment with special interest and experience in rental properties. Additionally I have many community connections which have proved useful to my clients. I have an easy smile and upbeat energy, and it is evident that I love my job. Buyers cite my ability to tune into their needs and my passion for searching out their dream property. Sellers remark on my flair for marketing and the scrupulous attention to detail that keep their deals moving forward seamlessly.

Raising a family in the Preston area of Cambridge, I continue to be a dedicated member of my community through my work with the Preston Community Garden. I co-founded the garden in 2014 in partnership with the City of Cambridge. The Preston Community Garden focuses on offering free library programs to children with Idea Exchange and growing fresh fruits and vegetables for donation to the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank. In addition to giving back to my community; I am also an avid yoga and meditation practitioner, helping me to be present and cultivate meaningful connections with my clients.
