As a professional real estate salesperson, our services are deemed essential, as everyone needs a place to live. During this health crisis, we are allowed to conduct business while limiting our interaction with consumer property and consumers themselves. Access to homes is very limited, and all health and safety precautions must be taken, ie. latex gloves must be worn during an inspection, disinfecting wipes used during showings, etc. There are many scenarios that a Seller needs to list their home for sale, and Buyers that need to find a home, in good times and bad. Our real estate market in Waterloo Region is still busy and we are still seeing multiple offers on many listings, and many are still selling above the asking price!
