No matter what your work day entails whether you are sitting at a desk or on your feet most of the day, this class will help you decompress and release the tensions of the day.

To allow you leave work at work and not in your body and on your mind. Experiencing the benefit as you go into your evening fully present with steady energy and improved rest and sleep.

The intension of the classes I offer are all therapeutic in nature and particularly this after work flow, is based on the rhythm of our bodies and what they need or are ready for, based on the time of day.

What can I say about Chair yoga, it’s a beautiful gentle practice, where less is more without getting down on the floor😊
A practice to slowly explore your body, and mind- maybe you haven’t been moving much, are down on yourself, or are recovering. This class is a great way to slowly get moving, connect to yourself and exploring again!
💞There is a big focus on mindfulness and body positivity.
This class meets you where you are wether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner and expands over the 6 week series.

🌟Restorative Yoga- my favourite style- my most popular class! -The mysterious one, the one that keeps on giving in so many different and unexpected ways.
Who knew it takes practice to be still and relax?
This is the kind of practice, where less is more, where we become human beings instead of human doings, and ease into our vastness. Releasing the deeper layers of tension, easing your mind into stillness, your body into softness, into effortlessness.
Giving yourself space to just be, to get so quiet you can hear your hearts musings and missives, your bodies wise and subtle whispers, your deep - in your bones knowing.
Sometimes life get so busy, I’ve been there, burnt out, depressed, and soo tired……more than once in my life. Restorative yoga is like coming home to myself, an opportunity to slow down, to reflect, to nurture, to rejuvenate.
This practice is challenging at times; to be with yourself, to honour yourself, even when you don’t like yourself. To discover what is actually comfortable for you, and where are you just settling? -Physically and metaphorically.
But from softness, and acceptance, the possibilities within in you, are infinite.

During this class we consciously relax into a series of supported, comfort emphasizing poses for 5-20 minutes at a time. This allows your nervous system to shift into your natural relaxation response, where your body and mind can start to heal and self regulate.
In a world where go go go and push push push is the norm, come take the path less known.
All props and blankets and props are provided, but always feel free to bring what makes you the most comfortable🙏🏻

This style of yoga is a lovely way to process the stresses of life, and cultivating a deeper connection with yourself.

🌞 Morning Flow with Jolene

Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am. 🕙

Join me in this late morning therapeutic yoga practice where we’ll gradually open the body and breath moving intentionally and functionally with the body and breath to increase the life force energy (the prana) flow throughout the whole body.

✨By increasing the prana, we tap into our bodies own healing mechanisms. While this class isn’t targeting any one condition or body ailment/ area it will bring improvement to the overall functionality of your body.

All levels of experience with yoga are welcomed, from long time to brand new yogis, I will give modifications for whichever level you are at.

One of my Core Classes, and one of my favourite ways to start my day!
In this class you will build heat to the steadiness of your breath. Your breath, your anchor to the present moment, turning your senses inward, your sensations setting the pace. A dance between control and surrender, a opportunity to check in and transcend your inner critic and really observe yourself. Creating inner spaciousness, cultivating gratitude and self acceptance.
Asana as Meditation in motion.
You can expect some downward facing dogs, balancing poses, sun salutations and breathing exercises, always finishing with a relaxing body scan.
Some yoga experience is recommended, but not necessary.

👋Hello everyone, Tawny here! Many of you know me already, but let me reintroduce myself 😊
I have lived in Carman most of my life, having moved away a few times, I always seemed to find my way back home to our beautiful little town, and then to the peaceful Bell Aura Studio with Barb in the serene and whimsical Bell Aura Bed & Breakfast
Fun fact, did you know that Eunique is actually my middle name?! It was perfect for my business! I too believe that Yoga is a personal journey- your “unique yoga”
I came to yoga in 2007 from a place of chronic pain and stress, it has truly been a big part of my personal healing and wellness journey. Earning my certifications in 2011, I leaned into the gentler side of this vast practice. I am regularly humbled by how much wisdom is already present within us, and how by just relaxing and breathing deeply in a supported way can have such a profound physical and mental impact.
I am so grateful for all of you that have slowed down and flowed with me over the years, and I hope if you, yourself feel called to come slow down and explore your inner landscape, you will invite Jolene and I to nurture you on your explorations and wellness journey🫶🏻

It’s a joy to reintroduce myself to the wonderful Carman Community. Having spent my formative years here, it’s an honour to return with my family and contribute to the place that helped shape me.

I’m a certified yoga therapist and instructor. I’m so thrilled and honoured to team up with Tawny from Eunique yoga and the Bell Aura B&B.

Yoga Therapy is a unique and personalized approach to your own yoga practice. I specialize in crafting and developing individualized yoga practices that cater to your unique needs and aspirations and I work with any and all conditions, limitations and ages.

Yoga therapy, to me is the art of reclaiming the power of our breath- the essence of life.

In Yoga we call that Prana, the life force energy. And when we experience “dis-ease”, it’s our bodies own intelligence informing that it needs more prana to that particular area or function of the body. Using specific poses and breath-work in harmony. Through this union, we can unlock the potential for profound healing to take place.

So I would honoured if you would join me at the Bell Aura Studio at one of my weekly classes or meeting with me one on one to develop your own unique yoga practice.
