We set this rig up with a remote switch panel to control all the new lighting;
- Low profile led safety warning lights on the mirrors with custom fabricated aluminum brackets
- High intensity safety warning lights on the grille with aluminum mounting brackets
- High output dually cube spot lights boasting 4800 lumens each with custom made brackets
- Oval safety warning lights that we plasma cut the dump box to facilitate mounting
- Work/backup lights mounted to the mirrors

In addition we took the time run several spare wires in the event that any additional equipment is added at a later date, perhaps a tag float....

We did a full safety warning lighting package with custom made brackets for this customer. Along with forward & rear facing auxiliary lighting, and backup warning beeper. All the lighting is controlled by a remote switch panel we installed for ease of use.

This trailer was taken "somewhere else" and the customer was charged for repairs to pass safety. Needless to say it didn't, and the customer was left on the hook with what can only be described as less than subpar work. The trailer was originally taken to us to have some interior wiring installed. While wiring we noticed a few little things, and asked a few questions and were told about all the recent work that had been performed the previous week. We performed a quick visual inspection for the customers assurance, and to our dismay we discovered some serious issues that required immediate attention.

We had to replace;
- The only braking assembly that hadn't been replaced which was seized
- All four drum assemblies
- All brake related wiring
- All inner & outter bearings
- Grease seals
- Front axel
- Breakaway switch & cable
- Breakaway battery & enclosure
- Countless lights & mounts (we also repaired several light connections)

We also installed;
- A new a-frame jack
- New junction box

The customer has been referred to certified welders to perform the necessary metal work, and repair what was botched.

With the spring weather setting in, and clean up from Fiona ramping back up, make sure your gear is up to par & ready to work. You dont want to be "that guy" sitting on the side of the road with a blown out bearing, or in an accident because your brakes don't work. We do provide on-site service as well.

Back at it again after the holidays, and still recovering from a cold. Was shoulder deep with a mirror and an inspection camera in this skid steer to get the starter replaced so that it could be taken off the trailer and put to work.

We had an awfully fun time restoring the air flow, and unplugging the heater core in this excavator. We de-greased and disinfected the air box, and installed a new cabin air filter while everything was split apart. We also got all new engine belts, and tensioner pully installed.
Preventative maintenence, new hydraulic hoses, as well as work lighting will be in full swing after the holidays!

We got this Ford all set up for the snow season. All new heated mirrors, safety warning lighting with aluminum bracketery on the grille and mirrors, reverse & work lighting, fog lighting, and additional long range lighting. Should have no problem seeing, or being seen!

Snow removal season is here! We helped this set up with some safety warning lighting, and a custom (made on the spot) aluminum bracket to avoid any rusting or streaking.

We set this customer up with a wireless controller for their dump trailer so they no longer have to stand outside or drag a cable down the side of their truck to dump, or lower the bed. We also built the system to support later upgrades such as safety warnings lights, and work/back-up lights, etc

Did you know you should have your trailer brakes adjusted every 5000kms? While performing maintenance on this trailer's brake system we discovered a damaged grease seal, and the rear axel brakes were soo far out of adjustment they were not functioning properly putting stress on the front axel brakes & the towing vehicle. We did a full brake cleaning, repacked all the bearings with fresh grease, greased the pivot & sliding points, and adjusted the brakes.

We go this customer set up with a new set of fog lights to complement the new headlights, and light up the road. Installed and reinforced with aluminum backing, all while using the factory driving light switch location. We also replaced the weak sections of undercarriage door frames making sure to keep the factory lock claps fully adjustable to insure a tight seal.

We preformed a full maintenance on this skid steer. Every fluid and filter changed, new water pump, repaired radiator, new belt, and got some safety warning lighting installed. We also had the pleasure of removing 3 boxes, a vacuum bag, and 3 shovel loads worth of manure. Finished off with a degreasing wash to flush out all the remaining manure. This piece of equipment should run a little cooler this summer now that it can breath & flow!
