EVERYTHING MADE FROM SCRATCH
The Apple pie cheesecake I made a caramel sauce that lies right underneath the Apple pie filling.
The Smores cheesecake, I created a chocolate ganache with torched marshmallows on top.

Tried two tier for the first time. First time trying "mirror glaze". I know this will be one of my favorite ways to decorate. That mirror glaze though 👌

Salted caramel cheesecake. Definitely a simpler way of decorating but man did that sauce taste good. Everything from scratch.

Been working on different flavors for spring. Super excited 😁
