Our team remains the same, and we continue to provide therapy and assessment services. This name change better reflects the services we offer and opens the door to practitioners who work outside of the psychology profession. In the coming months, we look forward to offering additional services to support your well-being. Stay posted for more details!

Therapy can help you dig deep into your experiences to understand why you do what you do. By understanding the underlying needs, you can find freedom to forge a new path to meeting them. We have current openings with our clinical counsellors and psychologists to support you through the process.
Thankful for those who have served this country in all their forms.
At Valley Psychological Services, we have a number of clinicians who offer couples counselling. One helpful shift we suggest is this view here - moving from it is the couple against one another, to it is the couple against the problem. This small change can open up big opportunities to solve deep issues alongside one another. Call or email if you’d like to schedule in with one of our practitioners or to learn more about our couple’s services.
Our office is conveniently located in the trendy downtown Chilliwack area. This picture is taken from one of our offices used for both therapy and assessment. Come check us out at 46167 Yale Road.

The dreaded statistic - 64% of people abandon their New Years resolutions in the first month.
Research shows that milestone events, such as new years, motivate aspirational behaviour. They suggest that these events create a distance between our current self and past self, allowing us to be critical of historical behaviours and empowered to change them.
Whether it’s a New Years resolution or a general goal, research can help guide how we approach them to help us succeed. Check out this article for some evidence based ways to up your follow through.
