Concerned something wasn't done right?

We were called to this residence in partnership with Fairbairn Home Inspections. Initially, it was to perform a roof inspection of the Strata. One of the residents mentioned water coming into his garage. After testing and exposing the location of the leak, it was noted in the report.

We were then contacted by the strata to provide the repair services needed for this owner. This involved the removal of the existing patio door and replacing it. We knew there would be more damages, so we made sure all parties understood. We discovered the leak was also caused by faulty Installation of the vinyl decking membrane. This caused quite a bit of damage.

We then replaced all the damages, installed a brand new double sliding patio door, new trim inside and out, electrical outlet and fixed the vinyl!

Quick little deck! Was 35° Yesterday so had to wrap it up today!

Before and after. This roof was installed only 12 years ago. We were called initially for a leak which turned out the entire roof system was failed and had no warranty

We replaced this roof with a complete new system with . These shingles truly are superior in all aspects.

Start of the day after setting up and removing 2 walls. Already have redone 30% of the floor joists. Should be done basement framing by the weeks end including the new walls, window framing and new layout. Basement is Approx 1100sqft
