Total kitchen renovation including wall removal to expand the space resulted in very happy clients!

I helped install this ethereal nature mural in a client’s entry and created a very minimal, calming space to come home to.
She has a large double closet opposite this wall, so storage was not an issue but the bench opens and offers some as well.
This is a two person job but fairly straightforward and a nice result. I included the process from finish to start with a before picture at the end.

Transformation of a small three piece bathroom on the lower level of a century home. Everything is new and was taken down to the studs to remove the glass block and add support for the floating vanity and new plumbing fixtures as well as better electrical options.

Lots of inspiration from our recent trip to Jamaica. The colours, the scenery and the warmth and happiness of the lovely people ❤️

This is a project completed in our house. We had the old engineered hardwood (which was lifting) removed and infloor heat and tile in a herringbone pattern installed. I had a few interesting looks from some hearing my idea but we are really happy with the result! Pretty and practical!

Icelynd Skating Trails is such a fun place to skate through the woods, warm up at campfires along the paths and enjoy an activity that is only possible in the winter. We bundled up and had a blast!
It’s located in Stittsville which is close to Ottawa.

Warm, earthy, cozy kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. Many details in this custom kitchen. We worked with the existing floor in mind for all of the choices. The butler’s pantry offered another storage option and a convenient space to the adjoining dining room. Another great project with wonderful clients!

Modern simplicity:
A small, modern condo powder room/shower project. Large polished white
tile was used on one wall to offer a clean, modern feel and allow maximum light reflection. The shower fixtures, drains and vanity faucet are brushed brass and are high quality products, always important for longevity when completing renos.
Accessorizing is minimal to allow the colourful original art by Kate Hessin to be a statement in the room.

Part 2 of the home I posted last week

This home was a blank slate.
My clients sold their Toronto home furnished, so all of the furniture and window treatments are new. Traditional was the requested style and they were involved in all of the selections.
West Bros. did an amazing job painting the entire home, including the kitchen cabinets and installed beautiful grasscloth in the dining room. Sine’s Flooring installed the kitchen backsplash, fireplace tile in a straight herringbone pattern and bedroom hardwood. They did a fantastic job as always! A very long process due to Covid but the clients were patient and understanding. There are some finishing touches needed here and there throughout but a minimal aesthetic was achieved. Leaving space allows for clients to add decor and art they may collect on their travels.
