As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will greet clients, answer calls, and process sales; assist with boat drop-off/pick-up and invoicing; coordinate service appointments and technician tasks; provide phone troubleshooting and maximize sales; conduct customer orientations and follow-up programs; handle parts inquiries and sales; organize store displays and process shipments; assist with administrative tasks and data entry; perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks; participate in inventory counts and training; and assist with yard cleanup and winterization. We are looking for a genuine and positive communicator with strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding collaboration skills, adaptability to new technology and processes, bilingual skills (English, French) as a bonus, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
