What a beautiful, busy week this has been for Reiki 🌸

Saturday I held my first Reiki Day where I worked on 5 people throughout the day.

Wednesday I attended a staff retreat for Indendent First Nations where each team member received their own Reiki session.

Friday I held my biggest Reiki Circle with the teachers at Akwesasne Freedom School.

My heart feels so full, my mind feels clear, my soul feels so light. Niawen to everyone who let me work with their energy this week. I am so grateful for the abundance and opportunities that come my way 🌞

Today marks one year since I created The Healing Garden. This journey has been so incredible. I am beyond grateful to the clients who trust me to work with their energy, to those who share my posts and spread the word about what I do.

Reiki has transformed my life in such a peaceful, grounding way. I’ve never felt more connected to myself and my intuition. Reiki gives me the ability to create a calm, safe space for myself anywhere I go. It’s one constant thing that is always there, ready to work, ready to heal. Getting to share this beautiful experience with others was something I wanted to do since my first experience with Reiki 🦋

In honour of one year, I am updating my business logo. I will also be having a giveaway for a free distant Reiki session on my Instagram where you can find me 🌿
