Introducing the newest member of our team, Sydney Seguin.

Sydney completed esthetics college in 2019 and has continued to grow her skills and knowledge throughout the past 5 years. She offers a range of services that include waxing, facials & treatments, manicures and pedicures.

Sydney will be joining us at our new downtown location and will have her detailed services listed on our website and available for appointment requests through our booking system. Make sure to keep up with our social media for some new services and give her a follow!

We’re excited to officially announce the address to our new location! 41 First Street, East in Cornwall, Ontario. As of next week, renovations will commence and we will do our best to keep our clients updated on changes happening over this next month, to be officially moved in and functional by August 1st, 2024 - if not sooner!

This beautiful downtown location is 3174 square feet, and boasts a total of 11 treatment rooms that are situated throughout 2 separate floors. With accessible parking and a welcoming entrance way, the downstairs will feature more of a modern, open concept for our clients to step into. Our 3 hairstylists will have plenty of space to accommodate their clientele, as well as manicure/pedicure spaces. Each area of this new studio will be planned out accordingly and will allow Nola Studio to continue to offer a variety of trending services in an aesthetically pleasing, yet fully functional space.
The second floor will welcome clients into a cozy waiting area and 8 treatment rooms that offer more of a clinical/spa vibe.
Private spaces for not only our medical aesthetic services, but also relaxation, massage therapy, skin treatments and pampering. This allows for a more quiet and peaceful experience.

Nurse Natisha Thompson is an RN with 9 years of experience, originally earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Laurentien University. She began her career in 2015 in labour & delivery and continued to flourish in Public Health, and an essential role within the Eastern Ontario Health Unit. She shares a passion for health and aesthetic medicine and these skills and experience drove her to design and deliver the highest quality Medical Aesthetics service to her patients.

• What is cheek blushing?
This popular cosmetic procedure is specially designed to give color, reduce dullness and add definition to the cheekbones.
A cheek blush tattoo is done by implementing light, rosy shades of pigment using an electric PMU machine or microneedling device into the cheeks, creating a soft, subtle blush effect.

• What's the procedure like?
Cheek blush tattoos are done with an electric PMU device or a microneedling pen through a process called micropigmentation. This means that specialized cosmetic pigments are injected into the dermis layer of the skin with thin needles.
To achieve the desired shade, vour artist will probably use lip tattoo pigments, or special tinted serums.
The procedure itself lasts about an hour and includes a consultation with your artist or technician about skin sensitivity and allergies, since a numbing cream will be applied to the cheeks before tattooing to make the whole process as painless as possible.

• What to expect for attercare/healing.
Afterwards, you will feel a slight burning sensation on your cheeks and the pigment will be quite opaque but don't worry, after the healing process is over the color will lighten and blend in beautifully.
Just like other permanent makeup treatments, a cheek blush tattoo requires following the correct aftercare routine in order to properly heal and give long-lasting results.
