Hi Folks. Can you believe the end of summer is upon us. We usually have a Labour Day sale. This year we will have 50 percent off blankets, quilts, cornflower, all pyrex and all vintage hats. There will also be green tape on pieces outside that will be discounted by 50 percent. Sale starts Thursday 10am thru Monday at 4. Drop by and pick up some collectables. You can even start Christmas shopping. Oh did I say that!!! LOL

Impossible Taco Pie 🌮
This Impossible Taco Pie is a quick and easy dish that brings all the flavors of a classic taco in a savory pie form. Perfect for busy weeknights, it’s a family favorite that’s sure to satisfy everyone at the table.
Ingredients

1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 (4.5 oz) can diced green chiles
½ cup salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
3 large eggs
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cilantro, finely chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
Place a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off any fat and season the beef with taco seasoning.
Add green chiles and salsa and stir to combine. Transfer mixture to prepared pie plate and spread out. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Pour over beef and cheese.
Bake until the top is golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
Serve garnished with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!

Strawberry Iced Tea

Ingredients:
2 cups water
4 bags black tea
1 (16 ounce) container fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon strawberry syrup (like Torani®)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups cold water
Instructions:
Boil water, remove from heat, and steep tea bags for 1 hour.
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in strawberry syrup and lemon juice.
Mash strawberries and mix with tea and cold water. Chill before serving.
