How to cancel an appointment that you booked online.
The picture below - After you book a appointment you will receive a message on your cell phone or laptop - A Booking confirmation.
If you read all the way to the bottom, below your appointment details it will say,
If for any reason you cannot attend, click here to cancel your appointment.

It came to my attention that some clients are having trouble booking online. Below you see every step 1,2,3,4 that you have to do to be able to book online. Below i picked the monthe of August as an example.
First - click on book online

1- Choose Services that you want to have done. You can click multiple services.

2 - Choose a Date ( below as you can see some dates / numbers are not showing it's because there is nothing available on these dates.
You can only click on the dates that are showing in dark color.)
Sometime clients do cancel so check time to time. Or i can put you on my cancellation list.

3 - Your Contact Details ( your First name and last name, phone number, email ) then click next step.
Please check the following information to make sure that it is correct and then click the Book Appointment button to complete the booking.

4 - After you click Book Appointment you will get Confirmation that " Your appointment is confirmed '' and you will see Your appointment details appear below.
Exemple:

Client - It will show your name
Bussiness/Address - It will show the address of the Spa
Date/Time - It will show the date and time that you choose
Phone - It will show the phone number of the Spa
Employee - It will show the name of the person who will do the service
Services - It will show the service or services you booked online ( exemple -manicure, pedicure or Facial or waxing)

WHAT IS A BRAZILIAN WAX? A What is a true Brazilian wax is a method of wax service that supposed to take all the hair off completely (the sides, front and yes, all the way back between the buttocks (Butt crack). some people may want to leave a mini landing strip. Your choice!! Before going to your appointment THE FRONT AREA AND BACKSIDE
( Between buttocks ) MUST BE CLEAN or asked for Hygiene wipes to refresh yourself.
How to prepare for a Brazilian wax.
Preparation is the key! The first thing that you want to do, before having your p***c hair ripped off, is to look for a trained professional/certified esthetician to do the waxing. Remember, your ge****ls have very sensitive skin and you want someone to remove the hair gently and effectively.
How you can get yourself ready before a Brazilian wax:
Book an Appointment on The Right Time - While there’s no problem having a Brazilian wax while on a period, it’s still better to have this at least one to two weeks after your menstruation. Your skin is not as sensitive as it is when you have your monthly visitor. You can always get a Brazilian wax even on your period. Just be sure to keep your intimate area clean and wear a tampon.
Grow Your Hair to The Right Length. I recommend that you grow it for at least ¼ inch or 3 weeks minimum. If it’s too long, it will be too painful but if it’s too short, it will be a little tricky to pull it out. If it’s your first time, you may visit us three weeks after shaving. I use a combination of waxes (soft wax, hard wax) to ensure that all the hair will be removed. If your hair is too long the esthetician can still trim it before the actual waxing begins.
Keep Yourself Clean- Before going to a salon, we advise that you clean your bikini area using warm water. It’s also ideal to lightly exfoliate your ge****ls prior to waxing. This will make the procedure faster and easier.
Avoid lotions, oils, or cream before waxing-Lotions, oils, and cream will only make the area slippery, thus making it hard for the wax to adhere on the hair. So, it is best to avoid these before getting a Brazilian wax.
Is Brazilian Wax Painful?
It depends on your pain tolerance and other factors such as the thickness and coarseness of the hair. Nonetheless, it hurts no matter what. If you want take a pain reliever Advil, Tylenol, or any pain reliever is recommended before a Brazilian wax, especially if it’s your first time. Take it at least an hour before the session begins if you’re worried about any discomfort. Also, even if you’ve popped a painkiller, you might still feel a little bit of discomfort, depending on your pain threshold.
Brazilian Waxing Tips After the Session-
Congratulations!! You’ve survived, but in order to avoid irritation, inflammation, and infection, you need to follow a few aftercare tips for Brazilian wax. The first thing you have to remember is to wear loose pants and underwear for about a couple of days.
Other tips include:
Not touching the newly waxed skin. We know it’s tempting especially now that it’s softer and smoother but to avoid small pimples and irritation, you have to stop yourself from doing so.
Showering instead of taking a hot bath. this is a big no-no after a Brazilian wax. After the session, the pores in your skin are wide open and this can only lead to infection. If you want to clean yourself, you can take a shower instead.
For the next two days, avoid sauna, tanning beds, steam rooms, or even whirlpool bath.
Don’t hate me for this but avoid s*x. C’mon girl, this is only for a couple of days. This only adds friction and may worsen the condition of an already-sensitive skin.
Exfoliate after 48 hours and if there’s no sign of irritation or redness, use a mild exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and avoid ingrown hair.
How long should you wait before your next wax -
Normally, clients to come back every four to six weeks after the first session. However, this depends on how fast the p***c hair grows. Every person has their own hair growth cycle; the results of hair removal last a couple of weeks while others can be hair-free for a month.
Why You Need to Have Regular Brazilian Waxing-
The next thing you should know is the importance of having it done on a regular basis. In general, p***c hair regrowth takes about 3 to 6 weeks, this is why you are expected to visit your Esthetician on the same timeframe regularly if you want to enjoy better and longer-lasting results.
Also the pain becomes less and less each time you visit your esthetician and the time interval needed in between each of your Brazilian wax session becomes longer. Better yet, your hair regrowth becomes thinner and sparser.
The exact time you need to go for another waxing session depends on your hair type. The best time to go is when your hair reaches the required length. If your hair is coarser or if it does not grow that fast, it may take a bit longer than usual.
The temperature also affects hair growth. During hot weather or summer, the hair grows faster compared to winter.
Aftercare-
Although a bikini wax may still result in ingrown hairs and irritation, there are ways on how to avoid it. Basically, it depends on the person’s hair type and skin. Some have very thick and curly hair, which is prone to ingrown hair while there are those with sensitive skin, which can get irritated easily even with the slightest amount of friction. Nonetheless, here are some tips you should consider after a Brazilian wax:
Limit Sun Exposure-
Avoid it completely for at least 2-3 days after the session or once the redness is gone. Waxing exfoliates the skin, which removes lifeless skin cells; however, this also makes the skin more sensitive and easier to get burnt.
Wear Loose Clothing-
Avoid skintight clothing and avoid touching a freshly-waxed bikini. This will only cause irritation and possibly, ingrown hair, also making it prone to germs and bacteria.
Avoid Steam and Soaking-
After a Brazilian wax, the pores are widely opened and is more prone for the bacteria to enter. Therefore, it’s advisable to avoid steam, sauna, and whirlpool bath which can disturb the skin. It’s fine to shower but avoid hot baths, pools, and beaches as the chlorine and bacteria from it can cause irritation and infection. Whether it’s your first time or not, it’s wise to follow these simple tips.
Do not apply body lotion until the redness completely goes away.
A sensitized skin normally shows redness and applying a lotion can make it worse, especially if it has fragrance in it. Apply body lotion only if the redness completely subsides or gone.
Do Not Have S*x After a Brazilian Wax
Avoid s*x. C’mon girl, this is only for a couple of days. This only adds friction and may worsen the condition of an already-sensitive skin. Your skin is already irritated and causing more friction can only make it worse. Wait for around 24-48 hours and give your skin enough time to heal before you start making love again.
Exfoliate
Exfoliate after 48 hours and if there’s no sign of irritation or redness, use a mild exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and avoid ingrown hair. As mentioned, ingrown hair can still happen when you choose to wax as your hair removal method but you can avoid it through exfoliation. Use a gentle exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and ingrown hair three days after your session. You can use a loofah or a body scrub to do this. This is an important after-care step to keep your skin healthy and smooth.
