If your budget does not allow you to come for regular monthly facials and buy products, I highly recommend skipping the monthly facials and buying the products instead.

If you are trying to get your skin on track but you only come for monthly facials you may not achieve the skin care goals you have set.

Yes, absolutely your skin will feel fantastic after the facial and you will leave with a beautiful glow..but! if you don't have the proper products at home to maintain a healthy skin barrier you will end up right back where you started.

Skin type is the structure of our skin, this is determined by genetics. Chances are, your skin type will usually stay the same your whole life.

Your skin condition is the state of your skin at the current moment.. taking into consideration factors like weather, diet, stress, pollution, and skincare products.

Skin types and conditions are often unified, causing you to over or under-treat the problem at hand.

As an example, if you begin breaking out, you may think, ‘I must be have an oily (acneic) SKIN TYPE’ But you could just be experiencing breakouts as a temporary SKIN CONDITION.

The key difference is that someone with an oily (acneic) SKIN TYPE will work to diminish/soothe their acne on a day to day basis, whereas someone with breakouts as a SKIN CONDITION may only need a few products to treat it as it occurs.

The ultimate goal is to bring harmony & balance to your skin by managing your skin type, and working towards correcting your skin conditions

I have heard countless times in my profession that toner isn't "necessary" & that it's just an "extra" step that doesn't need to be incorporated in a skincare routine.

But did you know that toning is a super important step in maintaining a protective & healthy skin barrier?
