Mind-Body Yoga winter session starts Monday, January 15th! This 6-week session runs every Monday, 7-8 pm at the York Point Community Ctr in Cornwall. $75/session/participant.
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN @ beyondthebreath.ca
Yoga starts Monday, Oct. 23 at 7 pm and runs for six weeks. No experience necessary. Bring a mat & a water bottle. Pre-registration is required. Register by filling out an intake form at beyondthebreath.ca. e-transfer of $75 can be paid before first class. Hope to see you Monday night!
