Day 8 - Single Straight Leg Stretch.

The 3rd in the series of 5. But, adds a stretch to the back of the legs while working the abdominals.

Our bespoke studio offers private and semi-private reformer sessions, and small (max 4) mat classes. The intimate setting allows me to provide you with maximum attention and feedback, tailoring your sessions to address your needs.

A 1:1 session is always recommended and highly advisable to those with rehabilitation needs, or conditions that may inhibit movement, in order to safely assess your individual needs and aims prior to joining any class. These sessions are also ideal for those who want an individualized Pilates program in order to enhance sport specific performance, or for people who prefer individual attention.
