We'd love to hear from you. We deliver both in this traditional recipe, but as the cost of honey has increased by over 30% in the past few years and vanilla is up over 600% (yes that is 600), we are adapting our recipes to keep this creamy, not too sweet recipe for our customers.

*Yogurt Update* -- We outgrew our old site and for the last 3 years we've been building a 33,000 sq ft plant from the ground-up at Bevan Living Workplace in . --A huge undertaking! For anyone that has built a house - imagine that x 10!!! - Its been an real adventure, even for those of us who like climbing mountains in our spare time! -- A friend told me "Wow you have courage" - I can say for sure that navigating the world of business after Covid has been exciting. We're definitely coming out of this with a few more wrinkles and deeper sense of life's interdependence. There is so much behind the food we eat everyday!!! - We're so glad to be up and running and settling into a new routine. We're making yogurt and its on its way to your favorite local grocer!

Yogurt Bark ⁠
⁠
2 ½ cups Tree Island Natural Greek Yogurt⁠ ⁠
4 tablespoons Honey or Maple syrup⁠
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract⁠
1 cup Fruit of your choices (fresh or frozen)⁠
½ cup Nuts (finely chopped, optional)⁠
⁠
1. Line Baking sheet with Parchment paper⁠
2. Mix yogurt, vanilla and sweetener in a bowl⁠
3. Spread Yogurt on sheet pan⁠ using a spatula⁠
4. Scatter fruit on yogurt pan evenly⁠ by dropping each piece in⁠
5. Option to sprinkle with finely chopped nuts⁠ ⁠
