Details, details.

Taking on the task of building your dream restaurant from scratch is no small feat and not for the faint of heart. Therefore, aligning yourself with talented, like-minded visionaries is crucial. We at Sip would like to take a moment to acknowledge some key companies who have helped our vision come to life.

Firstly, , for designing this amazing building. The lines and simplicity are so good.

Secondly, , for their amazing concrete work throughout the building, from the custom-made hearth to the waterfall bar tops. They are right; concrete is cool.

And last but not least, and , who have built our dream from the ground up. They are rebuilding the downtown Dartmouth area one amazing building at a time.

So, we at Sip want to say a huge thank you to all of you and to all the people who helped us get this far.

It's funny how close the words 'heart' and 'hearth' are, as the hearth will be the heart of Sip Bar + Fare. 'Excited' is an understatement.

Attention to the finest detail is crucial. Choosing the color of paint for your restaurant is more than just selecting a color. The color of the room will impart the feel and energy of the space. When you first walk into Sip, you will notice how all these colors and elements come together, enhanced by the sounds of people talking, the music, the roar of the custom-made hearth, the aroma of food, the gentle clinking of forks and knives on plates, drinks being shaken, and the sounds of friendships and memories.

Thinking of all the laughs, memories, amazing food, and drink that will take place here, we're looking up at the upper dining area of Sip. Off to the right will be the open patio where you can sit with friends and family and enjoy the sound of a bustling downtown Dartmouth on the corner of Wentworth and Portland Street.
