Work & Play is the Maritime's largest retail trailer dealer, selling quality utility, enclosed, dump, equipment, camper, and snowmobile trailers. We also provide sales and service of hitches, trailer parts, Dexter Axles, Boss plows and a full range of vehicle accessories. Our Dartmouth branch currently has an opening for a Parts and Service Advisor.

Key Duties:

- Inbound and outbound parts and service calls; recommending, selling, and quoting maintenance, repair invoicing and taking payments.
- Working with technicians and coworkers to coordinate appointments.
- Writing accurate and complete service orders and invoices, and taking payments
- Sales of hitches, axles, trailer parts, vehicle accessories and other related products.
- Putting up store displays, restocking store shelves when needed
- Shipping and receiving when necessary.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of parts related experience (trailer, RV, automotive or related industry).
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn about our business.
- Superior customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Above average computer skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Must be dependable and punctual.

Hours and Compensation:
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday (8AM – 5PM)
- Overtime may be necessary during our busy months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of utility, enclosed, travel trailers and related products
- Inbound and outbound sales calls; quoting products
- Providing finance options to clients; working with finance companies
- Continuous learning

Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the RV, automotive or power sports industry
- Must have drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills both in person and by telephone
- Positive attitude
- Organized and follows daily sales processes
- A real people person who can quickly build rapport with clients
- Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products
- Good math and computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Hours and Compensation:
- Monday to Friday. Overtime may be necessary during our busy months and trade show season
- A competitive compensation package based on salary plus commission
