IRATA Rope Access Technician - Caulking Job (Halifax, NS)
Do you enjoy working at heights and have a knack for detail?
We are seeking a qualified IRATA rope access technician to join our team for a 2-week caulking project on a 16-story building in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities:
* Safely perform caulking work on a high-rise building using rope access techniques
* Inspect building envelope for cracks and gaps requiring sealant
* Apply caulking sealant according to industry standards and manufacturer's specifications
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Ensure all safety regulations are followed throughout the project
Qualifications:
* Valid IRATA Level 1 or 2 rope access technician certification
* some experience caulking
* Proven ability to work effectively at heights
* Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
