"Mental Illness often effects youth before they have the chance to finish their education. For many, it will result in a life-long battle with dependence and poverty, which in turn, leads to in-adequate housing, or even homelessness"...

This promotional video highlights an Affordable Housing Program which is available to Mental Health consumers in the Halifax area. The program, which is operated by a non-profit organization called Affirmative Ventures, has been developed to address these issues.
