Since we are in the middle of flu and cold season - I have decided to wave the late cancellation fee.
You must cancel within 2 hours of your appointment instead of 24 hours.
I’ve decided with this because with my 2 littles and this awful season of cold/flu I also may have to cancel my days suddenly.
