Today we have to say goodbye to our funny, smiley, always laughing, beautiful Sarah. How is that even possible?

I remember the day you were born, my mom getting a call in our kitchen in Ottawa and yelling Annette had a girl!!!! I was so excited to have a new little girl cousin. Then my mom said they named you Amanda. “NOooo! I cried! NOT Amanda!!! 😩 My mom said that was not very nice and you can’t say that. Lol. Later we received another call that you were not Amanda, you were Sarah, and I knew that was the right name for you.

Thank you for 33 years of laughing, sleepovers, dress up, Barbie’s, kart wheels, breakfast ceasar’s, wine nights, family vacations, holidays, moving days (many 🤪), painting new apartments, decorating, being roommates, heart to hearts, heartbreaks, suffering through school, gossiping, giggling, and inside jokes.

How can you minimize bruising?
What affects bruising risk? 🤔

-Avoid alcohol minimum 48 hrs before your appointment
-Avoid advil, aspirin, aleeve and all other NSAIDs
-Avoid taking vitamin & herbal supplements such as omegas, garlic, ginko balboa, vitamin e
-Anti-coagulant medications (as your dr before stopping)
-Body temperature 🥵 Avoid working out immediately prior or being outside in extremely warm weather
-Nerves- anxiousness can created increased cardiac output
-Caffeine- Avoid prior to treatment

Remember to plan your appointments around any social events! 👰🏻‍♀️ Prepare to give yourself at least two weeks to allow healing time
