Happy Monday, it is a fresh week to explore what can bring a smile to your face! It’s important to find fun and joy in whatever comes your way.

This coming week, I get to have fun with amazing girlfriends, spend much-needed quality time with my amazing daughter and then off to watch my son follow his passion on the golf course.

I am excited to then venture out for 3 weeks on a new personal and spiritual adventure. I am blessed to be attending Linking Awareness workshops to learn and experience deep healing and heart-based communication with animals and other beautiful souls. I have a deep knowing that this retreat will have a profound impact on myself and helping others.

I look forward to sharing my experiences with you! I will be available for remote sessions while I am on the road so let’s stay connected! Have a joyful week 😊
