Ready to go construction was started in January of 2019 by owners Dallas Lyons & Trevor Gowan-Sand. We started the company because of our deep passion of working on renovations, transforming properties and real estate investing. We are a growing business that specializes in repairs, property maintenance and renovations for investment properties. We choose to focus our work on the investment property niche because we find it very exciting and have a lot of interest in real estate investing ourselves. We are always excited to see how a property can not only serve as a home for one family but also create financial freedom for another. We are excited to help with repairs to keep a home both safe and functional for one family as well as do our best to keep costs down for another families investment. We are looking to build our company larger to help create as many jobs for people as we can, along with building a rental portfolio to provide safe and beautiful homes to many families. We plan to get more involved with flipping homes as well because of the awesome transformation you see in not only one property but, a community. We are excited about our long path ahead and cant wait to work with new clients at all different stages.
