This sequence will be a first exploration of the Rocket Yoga sequence. Learn the core standing sequence, strengthen and lengthen the legs and hips, and prepare for some arm balances and inversions.

Continuing with the core standing sequence, this class will offer new options and variations. Along with strengthening the arms, shoulders, and the back to begin opening up for backbends.

Charitable Changers is a group of 4 students raising money, food, and necessities for our communities as the rising cost of food is seemingly endless, and the need for the food bank is higher than ever.
