Last day of my work at the u18 ITF world tennis tour in Edmonton, so I brought the puppy 🐶
Never been so happy in my life for a visor to snap where it’s supposed to. Puck hit dead center and snapped on the sides. Player came out with only a bloody nose

This is Alisha
Alisha is one of our athletic therapists who works out of the clinic here. Alisha first discovered her passion for helping people feel and perform at their best when she took a sports medicine class back in high school. This allowed her to start providing first aid coverage to her high schools sports teams and her love of being on the sidelines led her to taking Athletic Therapy in post-secondary.
Through his profession Alisha hopes to work with semi-professional and/or professional hockey players in the upcoming years and her ultimate goal to would be to work with Olympic level athletes of any sport!!!
When Alisha is not helping her clients she is horseback riding, walking her 2 year old German Shepard-Rottweiler cross, and stand up paddle boarding.
If you would like to book an appointment with Alisha you can contact her through;

Moving your body is amazing, working out does wonders for your mind, but holy heck it can suck! 🙈
Should I say that?
YES, because that’s the truth.
I sat on that yoga mat for 10+ mins on my phone deciding if I was going to actually workout or not.
-I forgot to start my watch
-I couldn’t find shoes that were comfortable
-I changed out of leggings for shorts after I had already started
-I felt out of breath and my muscles hurt
I took breaks and went slow.
Many things are very unglamorous about working out haha but I do feel better even when I do the smallest of them!
Don’t think you need to be as glamorous as the social media influencers or have fancy equipment. I used a yoga mat, a resistance band and 8lb weights.
Happy International women’s day 💪🏻💪🏻 going away to college I didn’t realize I’d be surrounded by so many hardworking and compassionate women. These are only a few women I’m proud of!
