Although 2020 brought some difficult times, one thing I'm thankful for is that 2020 brought me the launch of my new crochet business

I have crocheted since my early teenage years, but never consistent enough or had the drive to turn it into a business. I had made a couple pieces as gifts for family, then a friend of mine bought a few as gifts for her friends. Then her friends started reaching out to me, and their friends and their friends of friends...and here I am today. Making creations for new people everyday!

Hello my loves!
I wanted to share with you my sanitizing procedures during these covid times.
♡
As you may be aware, all my creations are handmade in my home. As we go into our second lock down, I have diligently applied the following sanitation protocols to ensure your creations arrive to you in the safest way.
♡
All yarn has been steamed throughly and placed in a large enclosed rubbermaid bin which has been wiped down and washed very thoroughly. The bin is only opened when my hands have been washed and sanitized to grab new yarn for my next project.
♡
Upon the event that I add new yarn to the bin, the new yarn is first steamed and left to dry for 24-48hrs in a separate bin which is washed and wiped down before and after every use of new yarn.
♡
Then, upon beginning your creation I wash and sanitize my hands, wipe down and sanitize all my tools and surfaces that your yarn may come in contact with.
♡
If for any reason I need to leave the house or touch something else during the creating process, i will pause your project and place it in a separate sanitized container while I am away from it. I always wash and sanitize my hands and tools before and after i touch anything else before returning to your project.
♡
Finally, once finished your creation i wash and sanitize my hands, then wrap your creation in tissue paper and place it in a sealed shipping bag until it arrives to you safely.
♡
I feel it is important for myself to add these extra sanitation steps during these times to create a safe environments for all your creations. I thank you for shopping local & support my small business
