PART TIME/FULL TIME SALES ASSOCIATE @ All 4 Dance SOUTH
Immediate Start!

We are looking for a SALES ASSOCIATE for our SOUTH Location.

Please Note: if still dancing, Competitions and Festivals cannot be attended during your shift.

FULL TIME HOURS: Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.
PART TIME HOURS: Tuesday to Friday 3pm to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.

Main Task:
To assist customers in their purchases and maintain the cleanliness of the store.

Reports to:
Owner/s and Assigned Manager/s

Wages:
$17.50 per hour, must be 18+

Duties:
The duties as a Sales Associate is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the store, provide customer service and maintain stock levels on the floor.

This is achieved by the following:
- Greet customers with in 15 secs of entering the premises
- Manners to be used at all times
- Assist customers with their purchases, sizing of dance wear, footwear and all other products in the store
- Continuous restocking of shelves throughout the day and maintaining clothing in size orders
- Daily cleanliness of the store: Cleaning the bathroom, sweeping floors, mopping the floor, vacuuming back and front if required, dusting of counters and display racks/shelving/hooks. More then once may be required
- Perform any other duties related to the position of Sale Associate as directed by the owner/s or the assigned Manager

Working conditions:
- Work week is 5 days, Starting at 10am to 6pm Monday to Fridays (8 hours a day), Saturdays 10am to 5pm (7 hours per day ) Sundays/Mondays are closed.
- Lunch and breaks are taken when time permits, whilst at the store
- The Sales Associate may be exposed to a regular flow of children and some noise may occur
- The Sales Associate my be required to work overtime, with paid compensation

Employment Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Punctual, meticulous and reliable
- Courteous manners
- Own vehicle is be preferred
- Dance Experience in Tap, Jazz, Ballet and/or Pointe would be preferred
- Dance Training completed is preferred

Today Grishko Canada announced a HUGE Price Increase on their Pointe Shoes. The 2007, Proflex and Smartpointe (Shoes that we stock) are being increased from the current price of $142.00 a pair to $180.00 a pair, starting January 15th.

Unfortunately I believe this will be the death of Grishko Canada as the cost per shoe is no longer affordable to their customers in Canada. With the increase of Cost of Living, High Interest Rates and Housing costs in Canada, I don't foresee the Grishko Pointe Shoe coming back down in price...but actually the opposite and going over $200 a pair.

Due to this concern, we will be phasing out our current inventory of Grishko Pointe Shoes at a 50% Discount and we will not be placing any further reorders for the shoes.

The good news is All 4 Dance West will be investing if different Models of Bloch, hard shanks by Bloch and other brands of shoes.

TEMPORARY - PART TIME- SALES ASSOCIATE @ All 4 dance West

We need help for the month of September, for our Back to Dance Season.

We are looking for dancers to help at our West End Location, with helping customers find their Bodysuits, tights and fit shoes!

The hours would be 3pm to 6pm or 3:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm on Saturday.

If you can only do 1 or 2 days, you still can apply!

PART TIME SALES ASSOCIATE
