When I started baking macarons, I was using home oven, baking 1 stray at a time- only 25 shells at once 🙈 And sometimes things went wrong, and I had only couple of shells out of that small batch. And I didn't give up!
Now we bake 1200 shells in a day, and I can't be happier!
