If anyone is wishing to book, we are no longer requiring you to have a prescription or referral (unless your insurance requires it for coverage), so feel free to book with me, if ya want a longer massage you will have to call the clinic to coordinate that, we also do cupping or hot stone for a bit of an extra charge.

So as some may have heard, there has been an exemption made for RMTs to practice. So basically ya need to have a prescription from a doctor for massage or other sort of referral from chiro or physio, and you are able to get a massage. So if ya haven't got one and want some help alleviating pain or dealing with other musculoskeletal issues, please get one and my clinic will be opening up on Monday after the Christmas weekend.

As you may know massage services have been shut down by public health orders, I know this news is hard on many folks. If you are struggling with musculoskeletal issues, please take the advice of a healthcare professional and any home care instructions your last RMT gave you. Keep up with stretching those tighten muscles, strengthen those stretched out muscles, keep hydrated, and treat yourself to an Epsom salt bath to help relax your muscles and soak away the pains of your day.
