🎉 Hi angels, it’s my birthday and I’m celebrating how far this small business has come in less than a year of being “official” 🫨🥹😵

Although I’ve been taking on weddings casually since 2019, last year, I had an itch to truly go all in on this thing I loved doing - making you feel amazing. This itch has led to a fully booked Wedding season & getting to glam up so many Brides 💕

I’ve invested any and all spare time, money, efforts and sometimes tears trying to “legitimize” and see if I can move towards more full time work in the Wedding Beauty Industry. The countless hours of classes, practicing on models and refining the skills I already had, truly allowed this business to grow. Doubling down on my vision and values and ensuring those were reflected in all areas of my business, helped me connect with all of you wonderful peeps 💘

I truly can’t thank everyone who has supported me and cheered me on, enough. From giving me tips and advice, to booking me and my team for your Weddings and Events - I truly could not feel more appreciative 💕

Things to keep in mind to keep your glam flawless throughout the day:
✨ Don’t touch your face. No seriously, the oils from your hands will wreck your makeup. Use a tissue instead. Or bonus, your Luxe Makeup Application will include blotting papers and powder in your touch up kit.
✨Don’t skip out on Makeup Application steps. Although you might not be used to a full face of makeup, trust your Makeup Artist! For a long-wear, full day glam, you do need to apply quality products with proper application techniques. Don’t worry, Camille’s got you covered with knowledge and skills refined in hands-on classes during the off-season.
✨ HYDRATE!! This is my number one reminder on all Bridal Prep Guides and reminder emails/texts to my Luxe Brides. In the two weeks leading up to the Wedding, you should be trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day. It costs nothing and doesn’t require an extra appointment! Hydrated skin makes for a happy canvas 💕

My husband & I never allotted time for detail photos in our schedule. For us, these pictures weren’t a priority compared to capturing other moments of the day. However, *in typical Wedding Day fashion*, the girls were running a bit late getting their dresses on and last minute things & chaos were brewing.
A sign of a true professional, walked in, took in where everyone was at, and quietly pulled some of the getting ready things that were laying around. She gave us those extra 20 minutes to calmly finish up our final touches and it allowed everyone to *breathe out* 😮‍💨
These photos turned out to be beautiful, and funny to look back on considering that the “perfectly” planned schedules don’t always go to plan 🤣
