Tomorrow at 630pm I'll be at Glenora stairs for some cardio and yoga! Come hangout, get your sweat on, laugh a little, and relax with me! All levels welcome. This is not a competition, or class. It's just people coming together to hangout and move a little!

Everything is outside, so please dress in layers. Also please bring water, running shoes, and a yoga mat.(I have extra if you need one!)

Lifted Women's Workshop is a full day event for empowering women and helping inspire them to make positive changes in their lives. We will have 3 inspirational guest speakers as well as two clinical psychologists sharing their stories and insights on various topics of well-being and mental health. The workshop includes a reiki & meditation session, yoga, and Zumba. We are partnering with local health & wellness businesses to promote their products and services. It will be a great opportunity to network, build relationships, work on personal development, sweat a little, and have lots of fun!

I am back!

Back from an amazing trip through BC with my travel man. I took a little break from my phone and social media. I was feeling a little to attached and felt the separation would do me some good! I Have a lot in the making and can't wait to share! As promised, a video about the ego/self will be coming very soon.. also there may or may not be a give away coming this weekend. 😏

I am so thankful that I have seen so much of the planet we live on. I love seeing new cultures and countries and being exposed the their way of life.I have traveled to Southeast Asia, Tahiti, Cuba and the list goes on. So thankful that I have been to so many beautiful places. Heading out of the country today to celebrate my little brother birthday! I'll be posting where we are tomorrow! Happy Sunday everyone!!🌏✈️
