Welp... here goes.

As I was discharged yesterday Shawn and I got to spend a good amount of time with the Doctor that was in charge of my care.

I had missed my second dose vaccination Sunday morning due to being in the hospital so I asked if it was okay to get now with EVERYTHING I am going through. She said yes, even though you could get very ill you NEED to go get it. She also said in her opinion this Delta strain is gearing up to be wave four.

She also told me... I can not be around any unvaccinated peoples, especially right now, it a flare, on prednisone... Her words were "2 times vaccinated only people".

I know people are going to be upset by this, I never wanted to make this choice but now it's been made for me. I am listening to this woman because she also spent time telling us about some of her front line covid experiences, anyone who has sacrificed time at home with her baby at 9½ weeks, she got the call to come help and is still waiting for a maternity leave... yep, you have my full attention, all of my respect and appreciation. I will 100% listen to what you have recommended for me.

I am not asking anyone to get vaccinated, please know I respect everyone's choice. I ask that you respect mine and understand this is what was recommended to me and what I feel is best. Please don't take this to be a forum on vaccination opinions, I don't want that right now, as I said I respect everyone's choice but this isn't the place to argue. I'm upset enough as is.

Please feel free to message me and we can talk about anything. Just be patient, my energy is low and I am taking some time away from my phone for extra peace these last few days.

I love how these turned out, I used a matte white foil and acrylic paint to create these.
